This was incorrect.
TRANSCEND-T2D-1 was published in The Lancet on June 6, 2026. TRIUMPH-1 was presented in full at ADA on the same day. Three of five Phase 3 trials remain press-release-only.
Grade impact: Reratrutide grade remains B. The reasoning on this page has been corrected. The grade doesn’t change because three Phase 3 results are still press-release-only and no regulator has reviewed the full safety file.
